Areas of work
Boutique Hotels
Few keys, a character of their own, and personal service built into the product.
Nature Lodges
High-standard accommodation inside protected landscapes, with conservation, sustainable operation and a sense of rest built out of the place itself.
Luxury Pousadas
Small scale, a high standard of service, and an experience tied to the place.
Retrofit
Bringing existing structures up to date without stripping their character, listed buildings included.
Pre-Opening
Getting the product and the teams ready so the hotel opens fit to operate.
How the work unfolds
Hospitality Design
Concept, positioning, interior design and guest experience. It settles what the hotel is, before any decision on site.
FF&E Curation
Turns the concept into a buyable list, area by area, with selection, specification and supplier recommendations.
Hotel Implementation
Prototype room, OS&E, installation, styling and pre-opening. The stage where the project becomes a working hotel.
Raquel Zanchet has been developing hotel product since 1997, across the Amazon, the Pantanal, the Cerrado and Bahia. The team is multidisciplinary and assembled per project, working directly with architecture, branding, commercial and the hotel operation.
